My Story
In 2020 I made a significant career transition, driven by a passion for teaching and helping others, I moved from the aviation industry into the world of education.
​
Initially working in the further education sector revealed to me a surprising reliance on outdated resources, methods, and the use of non-inclusive content to teach students. This discovery sparked a deep interest in learning design.
​​​
Despite finding enjoyment in teaching - I missed the aviation industry, and joined a private aviation training company where I refined my skills in virtual and classroom facilitation, and designed compliance training within a highly regulated environment.

​Throughout this journey, I noticed that many learning experiences failed to cater to a diverse range of learners.
Recognising the importance of inclusivity, I transitioned into the world of freelancing, with a commitment to creating educational content that is accessible and engaging for all learners, regardless of background or ability.

I now collaborate with a wide variety of clients in the private and public sector. My work is characterised by a commitment to empowering every learner, ensuring each learning solution is engaging, meaningful, and not just a tick-box exercise!​​

Computer-based Training
I created computer-based induction training content for luxury New York fashion brand 'Theory', ensuring it aligned with the brand's contemporary style and concept.
The training incorporated Theory's commitment to diversity and inclusion to enhance the overall learning experience.
E-Learning
This E-learning project involved refreshing outdated content to address specific learning objectives and operational requirements.

Virtual Training
From initial conception to the final facilitation, I designed, developed and delivered a leadership and management training package for VIP airline Freedom II.
It including comprehensive training notes and PowerPoint Presentation.
Webinar
After identifying a need, this upskill was designed to enhance awareness, sensitivity, and understanding, to create a more collaborative and supportive environment. It involved interactive group exercises and tasks for maximum engagement.
